Exclusive hire gives you access to all areas, including 40 acres of grounds, the accommodation, reception room, The Mill and the bar. All we ask is that we maintain the wet sales from the bar, the rest is up to you.

Enjoy the freedom of Exclusive Use, bring your own ideas, marquee, teepee, caterer, wedding planner, events organiser and hire company and simply take the whole property from 11am on a Friday to 11am on a Sunday. Simple.
Note: includes use of the commercial kitchen, function room, all accomodation, bar and all outdoor areas within the estate.
